How Causal Map is hosted

The Production version of CM2 is at https://causalmap.shinyapps.io/CausalMap2/

There is also a development version at https://causalmap.shinyapps.io/CM2test/ This version receives updates much more frequently. You may sometimes get a warning to say that the server is about to restart.

At the moment, both versions are hosted at shinyapps.io.
